RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the organs of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city federal significance of Sevastopol adopted by the State Duma on June 11, 2014 Approved by the Federation Council on 18 June 2014 Article 1. General provisions Formation of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Federal Constitutional Law dated 31 December 1996 N 1-FK " On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation ", Federal Law dated 14 March 2002 N 30-FZ " About the judiciary of the Russian Federation "(hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law" On the Judicial Community Bodies in the Russian Federation ") and by this Federal Law. Article 2. Conferences of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol 1. The procedure for the election of delegates to the first conference of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of the judges of the federal city of Sevastopol, the norms of their representation from the relevant courts and the procedure for convening and holding such conferences are approved The Presidency of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation, in accordance with article 7 of the Federal Law on the Judicial Service in the Russian Federation. 2. The President of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation is responsible for the first conference of judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of judges of the federal city of Sevastopol. 3. Subsequent conferences of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the judges of the federal city of Sevastopol are convened and held in accordance with the procedure established by article 7 of the Federal Law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation"Article 3. The Council of the Republic of Crimea and the City of the federal importance of Sevastopol 1. The Council of Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the Council of Judges of the Federal City of Sevastopol are elected by the First Conference of the Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the First Conference of Sevastopol Judges, respectively, in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph 4. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The election of justices of the peace to the Council of Judges of the Republic of Crimea and to the Council of Judges of the Federal City of Sevastopol shall take place after the entry into force of a federal law determining the total number of justices of the peace and the number of court sites in the Republic Crimea and the city of federal importance Sevastopol. Article 4. Qualification boards of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol 1. The qualification board of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the Qualification Collegium of the federal city of Sevastopol are formed in accordance with article 11, paragraph 4, of the federal law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation"2. Judges of the Qualification Collegium of the Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Federal City of Sevastopol are elected respectively at the first conference of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of the judges of the city The federal importance of Sevastopol in the procedure established by article 11, paragraphs 6 and 7, of the Federal Law on the judiciary in the Russian Federation Federation ". 3. The election of justices of the peace to the Qualification Collegium of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and to the Qualification Collegium of the City Judges of the Federal Republic of Sevastopol shall take place after the entry into force of the federal law defining the total number of judges. Until the completion of the formation of the Qualification Collegium of the Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the Qualification Collegium of the City of Sevastopol, their powers under Article 19 of the Federal Law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation", is exercised by the Supreme Qualification Board of the judges of the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 2, subparagraph 10 Article 17 of the Federal Law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation". Article 5. The Examination Committees of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol on the acceptance of the qualifying examination for judge 1. The Examination Committee of the Republic of Crimea on the admission examination for the post of judge and the city examination commission of the federal significance of Sevastopol on receiving a qualification examination for the post of judge shall be formed in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea. Article 11-1 of the Federal Law of the Judiciary in the Russian Federation. 2. Members of the Examination Committee of the Republic of Crimea on the reception of the qualification examination for the post of judge and members of the examining board of the Federal City of Sevastopol on the reception of the qualification examination for the post of judge are elected. 1. Accordingly, at the first conference of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of the judges of the federal city of Sevastopol, in accordance with the procedure established by paragraph 6 of Article 11-1 of the Federal Law " About the judiciary in the Russian Federation ".3. Before the completion of the formation of the examination commission of the Republic of Crimea on the appointment of a qualifying examination for the post of judge and examining board of the city of Sevastopol on the appointment of a qualifying examination for the post of judge powers under article 26-1 of the Federal Act on the judiciary in the Russian Federation and article 5, paragraph 4, of the Act Russian Federation dated June 26, 1992, N 3132-I " On the status of judges in the Russian Federation ", is carried out by the Higher Examinations Commission for the qualification examination for the post of judge. Article 6. To ensure the work of the judicial authorities of the community of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol 1. The activities of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by chapter IV of the Federal Law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation"2. The organization of the first conference of judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of judges of the federal city of Sevastopol is organized by the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. 3. Financial provision of consumables related to the implementation of this Federal Act shall be maintained within and within the budgetary provisions of the federal budget provided for by the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 7. Final provisions Formation of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol will be implemented by July 1, 2015. Article 8. Entry into force of this Federal Law This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
