RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the organs of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city federal significance of Sevastopol adopted by the State Duma on June 11, 2014 Approved by the Federation Council on 18 June 2014 Article 1. General provisions Formation of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Federal Constitutional Law dated 31 December 1996 N 1-FK " On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation ", Federal Law dated 14 March 2002 N 30-FZ " About the judiciary of the Russian Federation "(hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law" On the Judicial Community Bodies in the Russian Federation ") and by this Federal Law. Article 2. Conferences of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol 1. The procedure for the election of delegates to the first conference of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of the judges of the federal city of Sevastopol, the norms of their representation from the relevant courts and the procedure for convening and holding such conferences are approved The Presidency of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation, in accordance with article 7 of the Federal Law on the Judicial Service in the Russian Federation. 2. Subsequent conferences of the judges of the Republic of Crimea and the judges of the federal city of Sevastopol are convened and held in accordance with the procedure established by article 7 of the Federal Law "About the judiciary in the Russian Federation" Article 3. The Council of the Republic of Crimea and the City of the federal importance of Sevastopol 1. The Council of Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the Council of Judges of the Federal City of Sevastopol are elected by the First Conference of the Judges of the Republic of Crimea and the First Conference of Sevastopol Judges, respectively, in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph 4. Members of the Examination Committee of the Republic of Crimea on the reception of the qualification examination for the post of judge and members of the examining board of the Federal City of Sevastopol on the reception of the qualification examination for the post of judge are elected. 1. The organization of the first conference of judges of the Republic of Crimea and the first conference of judges of the federal city of Sevastopol is organized by the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. 3. Financial provision of consumables related to the implementation of this Federal Act shall be maintained within and within the budgetary provisions of the federal budget provided for by the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 7. Final provisions Formation of the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol will be implemented by July 1, 2015. Article 8. Entry into force of this Federal Law This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
